Project for a single family villa, with a small secondary
building, on a terraced lot planted with olive trees. The
design
adapts to the environmental
impact
limitations on
the
area, which limit building height and volume, articulating the
spaces on the terrain so to create
intimate
areas in the open
air. A small tree-planted patio, one storey high,
divides the living area from the bedroom area, two-storey
high, which has direct access to the grounds behind the house
and to the pool, whose irregular shape follows the curve of
the existing retaining walls. The intervention provides for
the reorganization of the garden and the stone retaining
walls, the integration of the plants and the construction of a
2 car underground garage.
