Adaptive reuse of a building from the 1940’s, in the center of Milan, for the new head office of an important legal firm (NCTM). The renovation involved the six existing floors above ground and two basement floors (total gross floor area 5.000 sq.mt.) by means of the ridefinition of the internal distribution, the complete wiring, cabling and air conditioning of the building, and the ricomposition of facades, courts and terraces. The design also included all the interior furnishings (reception areas, waiting and conference rooms, library, executive and operational offices, restaurant, fitness area, etc.) permitting the full use of the building only eleven months after the assignment of the design commission.
