Building in via dell’Orso
– Renovation, Milan 1993/2002

In an historic building, grown over time around three
courtyards, with various property units, all different for
typology and size, the project was developed through a series
of delicate interventions directed towards the functional and
tecnological modernization of the interior spaces, and towards
the restoration of the exterior, in particular the paving and
the facades. In this way a building which was articulated in
various uses, but unified by a sober style and by the
coherence of details and finishes, was rehabilitated. |
